Haven Estates started because buying a house online had turned into scrolling through photographs of places that were already under contract. We built the opposite: a short, accurate list, re-checked every week, written by the person who actually walked the property.

That means we say no to listings we cannot service properly, and it means the number on the page is the number the seller will take seriously. If a house has a problem, you will read about it here before you drive out to see it.
