Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you type into the form, along with the listing the inquiry relates to. We do not ask for financial details anywhere on this site.

Homes you save are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them, and we never see that list.

Why we use it

Inquiry details go to the agent responsible for that listing so they can reply and arrange a viewing. We do not sell contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked about one property.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for two years so an agent can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

Write to hello@havenestates.com to request a copy of what we hold, correct something that is wrong, or have it erased. We will respond within 30 days.
