Accessibility
Last updated 12 August 2026
We want anyone to be able to find a home here, whatever they browse with. This is where we are and what to do if something blocks you.
What we build against
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page is reachable by keyboard, starts with a skip link, uses semantic landmarks, and keeps a visible focus ring. Listing photos carry descriptive alt text, and form errors are announced inline rather than in an alert box.
Animation is tied to your system settings. If you have asked for reduced motion, entrance transitions and press effects are dropped rather than merely shortened.
Known gaps
The map view is the weakest part of the site for screen reader users. Every property shown on it is also listed in the grid view, which is fully accessible, and we treat the grid as the primary way to browse.
Telling us about a barrier
If something on this site stopped you, email hello@havenestates.com or call +1 (512) 555-0100. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and will give you the information another way in the meantime.
This is demonstration content for a template project. Replace it with policies reviewed by your own counsel before going live.
